May 12, 2026
Lebanese Consulate International School, Kano (LCISK) proudly hosted an exciting and engaging Cricket Week for our Primary School students, introducing young learners to the dynamic world of cricket through fun, teamwork, and active participation.
With the wonderful support of Ms. Medinat, representing the Nigeria Cricket Foundation, students enjoyed a memorable week filled with interactive cricket activities designed to build coordination, focus, confidence, and collaboration skills.
The sessions provided students with an opportunity to explore a new sport in a supportive and energetic environment while encouraging healthy, active lifestyles and positive social interaction. Through guided activities and teamwork-based exercises, learners developed important life skills such as communication, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship.
At LCISK, we believe that education extends beyond the classroom. Sports and extracurricular activities play a vital role in nurturing well-rounded students by promoting physical wellbeing, teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Medinat and the Nigeria Cricket Foundation for dedicating their time, expertise, and passion to inspiring our students and making Cricket Week a truly enjoyable and impactful experience.
As we continue to provide diverse opportunities for growth and exploration, LCISK remains committed to fostering an environment where students can learn, play, discover new talents, and thrive both academically and personally.
